Cooperation with Distributors

We will share customer information with reliable Distributors to ensure a quick response.

STEP3

Specification hearing and on-site confirmation

Distributors will visit to hear about the installation environment and your requests. We will also consult with you about connections with authentication devices, BDS (Book Detection System), and Destination Control System (DCS). If necessary, we will conduct on-site surveys (checking floors and wiring) and create drawings.

Proposal and Quotation

We will utilise our diverse models and customisation capabilities to provide proposals that best suit your requirements and budget. Design changes based on drawings are also possible.

Order Placement

Upon receiving your formal order, we will begin manufacturing and shipping preparations.

Shipping

Products will be shipped safely and securely after inspection.

Installation

Installation will be carried out by the distributor. Technical support will be provided by Kumahira as needed.

After installation, Kumahira and its distributors work together to provide long-term operational support.
